About
About Nargund College of Pharmacy
Established in 1992 in the heart of Bengaluru, Nargund College of Pharmacy stands as a premier academic institution dedicated to the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences. The college operates with stringent regulatory oversight, holding official approvals from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), alongside its formal affiliation with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). Reflecting its commitment to academic rigor, the institution is uniquely recognized by the Government of Karnataka as a center for excellence in science, engineering, and medicine.
The campus ecosystem is anchored by advanced research laboratories and state-of-the-art infrastructure, intentionally designed to facilitate highly technical, hands-on scientific training. The college offers a comprehensive, multi-tiered curriculum encompassing the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) across various specializations, Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programs. These programs emphasize a seamless integration of interdepartmental collaboration and evidence-based pharmaceutical practices.
Driven by a mission to serve the community through patient-oriented service projects, the institution actively leverages its national and international research collaborations. By bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world clinical and industrial applications, Nargund College of Pharmacy systematically prepares a new generation of dynamic scientists, clinical practitioners, and pharmaceutical leaders.
Approved by PCI and AICTE. Affiliated to RGUHS.
